1/2 onion |
Step 1: Dice onion, cut meat into bite sized pieces
and put into skillet with garlic salt.
Cook until the onion starts to get translucent and meat is browned on
the outside but through. |

1 package angus beef meatballs |
|
|
|
1 tsp garlic salt |
|
|
|
1 cup milk |
Step 2: Mix together in crock pot milk, mushroom
soup, cream cheese, sour cream and mushroom pieces. Stir until lumps are minimal. Add cooked meat and mix well. |

Step 3: Cook on low for 4-6 hours stirring
occasionally. |

1/2 cup sour cream |

Step 4: 30 minutes before finish, boil water and
cook noodles according to package directions.
Once cooked, drain and stir into crock pot. Mix well and let set for 20 minutes then
serve. |
