Recipe: Crock-Pot Beef Stroganoff

Crock-Pot Beef Stroganoff Crockpot  
   
INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS     COOK TIME
       
1/2 onion Step 1:  Dice onion, cut meat into bite sized pieces and put into skillet with garlic salt.  Cook until the onion starts to get translucent and meat is browned on the outside but through.  
1 package angus beef meatballs  
1 tsp garlic salt  
1 cup milk Step 2:  Mix together in crock pot milk, mushroom soup, cream cheese, sour cream and mushroom pieces.  Stir until lumps are minimal.  Add cooked meat and mix well.   YIELD
2 cans cream of mushroom soup  
8 oz cream cheese  
16 oz package egg noodles Step 3:  Cook on low for 4-6 hours stirring occasionally.  
1/2 cup sour cream  
1 can mushroom pieces  
    Step 4:  30 minutes before finish, boil water and cook noodles according to package directions.  Once cooked, drain and stir into crock pot.  Mix well and let set for 20 minutes then serve.
