3 lbs. ground beef or turkey |
Step 1: In large skillet, brown beef and onion
until translucent. Once cooked, add
pasta sauce, mushrooms, salt, garlic powder, oregano and pepper. Cover and cook for 10 min. |

1/2 cup diced onion |

24 oz pasta sauce |

|
|
4 1/2 oz sliced mushrooms |
Step 2: In a large pot, boil and cook the egg
noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside. |

1 tsp salt |

1/2 tsp garlic powder |
|
|
|
1/2 tsp dried oregano |
Step 3: Spoon half the mixture into the crock pot,
top with half the noodles, pepperoni and cheeses. Repeat layers ending with pepperoni on top. |

Step 4: Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or
until cheese is melted. |
