Recipe: Crock-Pot Pizza Casserole

Crock-Pot Pizza Casserole Crockpot  
   
INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS     COOK TIME
       
3 lbs. ground beef or turkey Step 1:  In large skillet, brown beef and onion until translucent.  Once cooked, add pasta sauce, mushrooms, salt, garlic powder, oregano and pepper.  Cover and cook for 10 min.    
1/2 cup diced onion  
24 oz pasta sauce  
4 1/2 oz sliced mushrooms Step 2:  In a large pot, boil and cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.   YIELD
1 tsp salt  
1/2 tsp garlic powder  
1/2 tsp dried oregano Step 3:  Spoon half the mixture into the crock pot, top with half the noodles, pepperoni and cheeses.  Repeat layers ending with pepperoni on top.  
1/2 tsp black pepper  
16 oz egg noodles  
  2 pkg sliced pepperoni Step 4:  Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until cheese is melted.  
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese  
Plate and sliverware
Dinner Time 5:30 PM 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese  
     
Cook Time 4:00:00
