Recipe: Crock-Pot Spaghetti

Crock-Pot Spaghetti Crockpot  
   
INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS     COOK TIME
       
1/2 bag meatballs Step 1:  Place meatballs in the bottom of crock pot.  Mix together crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, oregano, garlic, salt pepper and red pepper flakes.  Stir until completely mixed then cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5.  
2 x 28 oz can crushed tomatoes  
2 tbsp tomato paste  
1/2 yellow onion diced Step 2:  Add chicken broth and spaghetti to crock pot and stir to coat all the noodles.  Replace lid and continue cooking on low for 1 1/2 more hours stirring about every 30 min and breaking up any clumps of noodles and adding more broth as needed until pasta is tender.   YIELD
2 tsp dried oregano  
1 clove garlic, minced  
1/2 tbsp kosher salt    
1 tsp black pepper  
1 tbsp red pepper flakes  
  1 3/4 low-sodium chicken broth    
3/4 lb. spaghetti  
Plate and sliverware
Dinner Time 5:30 PM 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese  
     
Cook Time 6:30:00
