Recipe: Crock-Pot Tator Tot Casserole

				INGREDIENTS	DIRECTIONS			COOK TIME
				2 lbs. ground beef or turkey	Step 1:  Brown meat and add to crock pot.  Stir in cream of mushroom soup, garlic, salt and pepper.  Top with half of the cheese.
				1 can cream of mushroom soup
				2 tsp minced garlic
				1 tsp kosher salt	Step 2:  Spread out the frozen tator tots evenly over the crock pot.  Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours.			YIELD
				2 tsp black pepper
				16 oz frozen tator tots
				3 cups shredded cheddar cheese	Step 3:  30 min before completion, top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
					Step 4:  Optional, add taco seasoning and can of rotel to make a taco tator tot casserole.
