Mix buttermilk marinade in Ziplock bag, put in chicken and massage to
coat evenly. Press out excess air,
seal and refrigerate 12-24 hours turning once or twice. |

a mixing bowl with lid. Take 2-3
chicken pieces and place in bowl, close lid, and shake aggressively. |
