3 chicken breasts or thighs |
Step 1: Place chicken in crock pot and cover with
taco seasoning. Add cream cheese and
water and mix well. Cook on high 4-6
hours or 6-8 hours on low. |

1 packet taco seasoning |

6 oz cream cheese |
|
|
|
|
1/4 cup chicken broth |
Step 2: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Shred chicken with two forks, add cheddar
cheese and stir. Place a small amount
of chicken mixture on each tortilla, roll tight and place on baking sheet
seam-side down. |

12 6-in flour tortillas |

1 tbsp butter, melted |
Step 3: Brush each taquito with melted butter then
bake 8-12 min until edges start to golden.
Serve with salsa and or guacamole for dipping. |
