4 bell peppers |
Step 1: Cook meat with onion and garlic until no
pink remains. Heat bag of cauliflower
rice and mix with taco seasoning, rotel, beef broth and cooked meat and mix
well. Bring mixture to a boil, cover
and simmer for 10 min or until it is thick. |

1/4 cup onions, diced |

1 can rotel |
Step 2: Place a pinch of shredded cheese into the
bottom of each pepper. Scoop the beef
mixture into each pepper topping with more cheese on top. Place each bell pepper in cake pan and bake
for 25 min at 350 degrees. |
