1 lb. chicken breast or thigh |
Step 1: Combine all ingredients to crock pot, cook
on low for 4 hours. |

1 onion, diced |

2 garlic cloves, minced |

14 oz can pinto beans, drained |
Step 2: Remove chicken, shred with two forks,
return to crock pot and stir well. |
