Healthy Taco Soup Crockpot  
   
INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS     COOK TIME
       
1 lb. chicken breast or thigh Step 1:  Combine all ingredients to crock pot, cook on low for 4 hours.  
1 onion, diced  
2 garlic cloves, minced  
14 oz can pinto beans, drained Step 2:  Remove chicken, shred with two forks, return to crock pot and stir well.   YIELD
14 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed  
14 oz corn, drained  
14 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies, do not drain    
2 cups chicken broth  
1 1/4 oz taco seasoning  
       
   
Plate and sliverware
Dinner Time 5:30 PM    
     
Cook Time 4:00:00
