4 cooked sweet potatoes |
Step 1: Rinse, scrub, and pierce each potato 5-6
times with fork. Drizzle each swet
potato with some olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Next, wrap each potato in aluminum foil and bake them in the oven for
45-60 minutes at 400 degrees. |

1 lb. chicken breasts or thighs pounded thin |

Step 2: At the same time, in a large skillet heat
olive oil and chicken. Cover with lid
and cook for 10-12 min, flipping chicken halfway through. |
