Recipe: Chicken Stir Fry

Chicken Stir Fry Main Course  
   
INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS     COOK TIME
       
1 lb. chicken breast, cut into strips Step 1:  Make the sauce by mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, and cornstarch in a small bowl and stir well.  Next, clean and cut the vegetables into bite size pieces.  
2 large carrots  
2 cups broccoli  
1 bell pepper Step 2:  Grease a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.  Add chicken and cook 3-4 minutes until the outside is no longer pink.  Next, add carrots, broccoli, and pepper to the skillet and stir 5-8 minutes until the vegetables start getting tender.   YIELD
2 cups spinach  
1/2 cup soy sauce  
1 tsp sesame oil Step 3:  Add spinach and sauce to the skillet, reduce heat to medium-low, simmer and stir for 5 minutes until the spinach is wilted and the sauce is thickened.  Serve over rice.  
1/2 tsp ground ginger  
1 tsp sugar  
  2 tsp cornstarch
