2 tbsp olive oil |
Step 1: In small mixing bowl, combine garlic
powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, paprika, and chili powder. Sprinkle half the seasoning over the cubed
chicken. Add 1/2 tbsp olive oil to
chicken and cook over medium-high heat for 6-8 min or until cooked through. |

1 lb. chicken breasts, cubed |

1/4 tsp kosher salt |
|
|
|
1/4 tsp black pepper |
Step 2: In separate pan, add remaining olive oil
and cook onion, broccoli, zucchini, and peppers seasoned with remaining
season mix from Step 1. Cook for 4-6
min or until vegetables are crisp and tender. |

Step 3: Combine chicken, vegetables and add chicken
broth. Mix well, cover, and simmer for
