INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS     COOK TIME
       
2 tbsp olive oil Step 1:  In small mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, paprika, and chili powder.  Sprinkle half the seasoning over the cubed chicken.  Add 1/2 tbsp olive oil to chicken and cook over medium-high heat for 6-8 min or until cooked through.  
1 lb. chicken breasts, cubed  
1/4 tsp kosher salt  
1/4 tsp black pepper Step 2:  In separate pan, add remaining olive oil and cook onion, broccoli, zucchini, and peppers seasoned with remaining season mix from Step 1.  Cook for 4-6 min or until vegetables are crisp and tender.     YIELD
1/2 tsp garlic powder  
1/2 tsp onion powder  
1/2 tsp thyme Step 3:  Combine chicken, vegetables and add chicken broth.  Mix well, cover, and simmer for 5 min.  
1/2 tsp rosemary  
1/2 tsp paprika  
  1/4 tsp chili powder    
1 onion, thinly sliced  
Plate and sliverware
    3 cups broccoli  
1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons    
    2 bell pepper, chopped  
1/4 cup chicken broth
