INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS     COOK TIME
       
3 oz chicken Step 1:  Place chicken tenders in skillet and cook on medium heat until they are no longer pink, then add BBQ seasoning.  
1/2 tsp BBQ seasoning  
1/4 cup frozen corn, thawed  
1/4 cup black beans, drained Step 2:  On large plate, combine lettuce, corn, avocado, and cooked chicken.  Drizzle BBQ sauce and rang dressing over the top.   YIELD
2 tbsp sugar free BBQ sauce  
1 cup lettuce  
1 oz avocado, diced    
2 tbsp ranch dressing
