Flat-out Flatbread Pizza Crust Step 1:  Preheat oven to 375 degrees with the rack in the middle and line sheet pan with parchment paper.  At the same time, cook and sauté turkey until cooked then add water, taco seasoning and chilies.  Stir well and set aside.  
6 oz ground turkey  
3 tsp taco seasoning  
3 tbsp water Step 2:  Layout pizza crust on the parchment covered baking sheet and bake for 3 min on each side.  Remove from oven, cover with refried beans, taco meat, and cheese.  Bake for 4-5 min until heated through and cheese is melted.   YIELD
2 tbsp chopped mild green chilis  
1/2 cup fat free refried beans  
1/3 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese Step 3:  Remove pizza from the oven and top with lettuce, tomato, sour cream and cut into slices.  
1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce  
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes  
  1/4 cup light sour cream
