Recipe: Cheeseburger Crunch Wrap

Cheeseburger Crunch Wrap WW

5 low carb, high fiber tortilla wraps Step 1:  Cut 1 tortilla wrap into quarters and arrange in the pan.  Toast and crisp the tortilla quarters for 1 minute on each side.  In a separate pan, add ground beef, onion, salt, and pepper to the skillet and cook until the beef is browned, about 5 minutes.  
1 lb. ground beef  
1/2 cup onion, diced  
1/4 tsp salt Step 2:  Spray one side of the tortilla wrap with cooking spray and spread 1 tsp of mustard over the center.  Spoon about 1/2 cup of the beef mixture onto the center of the tortilla.  Layer 1/4 cup of cheese, 1/4 cup of tomato, 2 tsp of pickles and 1/4 cup of lettuce over the beef.   YIELD
1/4 tsp black pepper  
8 tsp mustard  
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese Step 3:  Place 1 toasted tortilla quarter on top and fold the sides of the tortilla toward the center to form pleats that cover the toasted tortilla quarter.  Carefully flip the wrap over and place it in the heated skillet.  Toast for 2 min on each side.  
1 cup tomatoes, chopped  
8 tsp dill pickles, chopped  
  1 cup lettuce, chopped
