INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS     COOK TIME
       
3 cups vegetable broth Step 1:  Sauté onions, carrots, and garlic in a large pan for 5 min.  Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot and simmer on medium-high heat for 10-15 min or until veggies are soft.  
1 tbsp garlic, minced  
2 tbsp tomato paste  
1/3 cups diced tomatoes     YIELD
2 cups cabbage, chopped  
1/2 onion, diced  
1/2 cup sliced carrots    
1 1/2 cup green beans  
1/2 sliced zucchini  
  1 tsp oregano    
1 tsp black pepper
